About the role:

Due to a trial restructure within the team this position will be initially fixed term until 31st March 2025 (with a possibility for extension dependent on review)

You will provide a high-quality Administration service to the Agency, your main duties will include:

  • Data Entry
  • Scanning
  • Use of organisational database to maintain accurate records.
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
  • Taking Minutes
  • Processing invoices for payment.
  • Liaising with clients, their family members, contractors, Health and Social care professionals and other partner organisations.
  • Issuing letters and surveys using digital post systems.
  • Issuing work orders to contractors and inhouse adaptations operatives.
