Senior Recruiter - Early Careers and Campus


Location:

Client Site (2 to 3 days a week) - Northampton OR London - some travel between both sites

What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?


You'll work onsite with our Financial Services client based in Northampton/London, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns (Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes).


  • You'll manage client presence at target universities, always ensuring we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
  • Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
  • Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process, utilising the appropriate exercises templates
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must Haves:


  • At least 35 cycles of experience in Early Careers Recruitment and/or Development
  • Track record of delivering campaigns and targeted solutions
  • Understanding of the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment

Nice to Haves:


  • Experience working in Financial Services
  • Experience of developing an account from ground up
