About The Role:


Base - Headway House, Trenchard Avenue, Credenhill, Hereford, HR4 7DX

Contract - Permanent

Hours - 24 hours per week

Salary - Up to £35,000.00 per annum pro rata for 24 hours per week

Report To - CEO

Accountable To - Trustee Board Funding & Quality Advisor

Job Summary:


This is a wonderful opportunity to work as the lead officer for funding, marketing and strategy for our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, all of whom are committed to supporting people and families affected by Acquired Brain Injury.

You would work alongside the Executive Officer (Clinical Lead) who holds overall decision-making responsibility and accountability for the running of the day centre and outreach programmes.

Your role would be to maintain our impressive record of securing charitable grants and to develop new streams of income in line with a new marketing positioning and business strategy created by you (and approved by the trustee board).


Herefordshire Headway is a dynamic and caring organisation, established as a registered charity and company limited by guarantee in 2002.

We have purchased our own day centre and converted it to be an outstanding specialist facility working with adults aged 18 and above.

Your role would be to maintain our impressive record of securing charitable grants and to develop new streams of income in line with a new marketing positioning and business strategy created by you (and approved by the trustee board).
