Work to be carried out in Llanelli, Ammanford and Carmarthen.


Job description:

  • External & Internal work on occupied/unoccupied properties
  • 1st & 2nd fix Carpentry/ lock replacement's/ plaster patch, tiling & paint touching up
  • Repairs are completed to high quality within specified time frame
- .Working with other trades as required

  • Reporting where there is a need for higher / specialist skilled crafts
  • You will be required to work alone at times
  • Hold previous experience in a similar role.
  • You need to be reliable, flexible and able to do the job.
  • Be able to work using own initiative.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Pay:
£16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
