Business Development Manager

Cirencester, Gloucestershire

£25,000 plus generous commission structure

Full-time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Company
Our client is a multi-award winning Web Design Agency that uniquely combines web development with a marketing growth plan. Their mission is to help scale up businesses to help reach their clients goals.

They are looking for a self-motivated Business DevelopmentManager to join the team, identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies to reach them.


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Building relationships with new clients
  • Delivering already maintained established sales funnels
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
  • Running workshops for prospects
  • Collaborating with all teams to ensure that the requirements are met
