Description

The post holder will provide support and clinical care to the service users and staff within Barnsley Integrated Sexual Health team under the supervision of a clinician.

The post holder will also provide some administrative and clerical support as required.

Experience of SystmOne is advantageous however will training will be provided.

The post holder may be asked to assist with covering clinics around the Barnsley District at short notice.

Support the delivery of clinical care in the Sexual Health Service.

The role will include chaperoning, obtaining samples and assisting medical and nursing staff in the provision of contraception and the management of sexually transmitted infections.

Maintain stock levels and stock control within the unit.

This post includes working across a range of services.

The post holder may be asked to work between the main Spectrum site at Gateway Plaza and other clinical settings.

The post will include evening work.
