Role Description
This is a part-time Finance Administrator role that will be based onsite in Leeds.

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial management functions such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports:


  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes
  • Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers
  • Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
  • Occasionally assist the operations director and finance director with queries and day to day tasks
  • Taking credit card payments from clients.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in credit control or a related field is required
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse financial information and make informed decisions
  • Taking credit card payments from clients.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£17,000.00-£23,908.00 per year
