Role Description
This is a part-time Finance Administrator role that will be based onsite in Leeds.
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial management functions such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports:
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
- Occasionally assist the operations director and finance director with queries and day to day tasks
- Taking credit card payments from clients.
Experience:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field is required
- Proficiency in telephone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse financial information and make informed decisions
- Taking credit card payments from clients.

£17,000.00-£23,908.00 per year
