Marvellous Minds Tuition in St. Albans is part of the
National Tutoring Programme, which is a government programme designed to help primary and secondary students affected by the pandemic catch up on missed learning.

We are looking for experienced, flexible and engaging
Academic Tutors to offer tuition in English, Science and Maths at primary and secondary schools in
Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Currently, we are looking for motivated and experienced
Academic Tutor to commute to student home address in Stevenage, SG1 to teach English and Maths on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11.00am till 1.00pm.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- preparing lesson plans ahead of time,
- commuting to the school/ any other address/ location agreed on,
- delivering high quality lessons to primary and secondary pupils,
- report back to the NTP Manager regarding feedback and lesson adaptation,
- upload lesson plans and reports onto the internal TutorCruncher system,
- arrange feedback and meetings with teachers and parents.


Requirments:

• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience,
• Bachelor's degree is essential,
• A full Enhanced DBS check (If you do not have one, we can help to obtain it).

Desired:

- **Master's degree, and/ or PGCE are desired,

• First Aid Certificate,
• Driving Licence.
