Senior HR Advisor

I am working with a vibrant NHS trust based in London that are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on an interim basis.

The role is hybrid with 2 days required on site. The role is full-time (37.5 hours p/w) and pays £215 umb p/d inside IR35.

Overview of the role

As Senior HR Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the standard of employee relations within the trust.

You will provide advice, explanation, and support to line managers on a range of human resource management issues including, but not limited to, changemanagement and individual employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance management, poor performance and attendance and workplace dispute management.

In doing so, you will develop the skill and capacity of managers empowering them to manage peopleissues effectively and independently.

As Senior HR Advisor you have the opportunity to effect change in this institution.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a HR advisor role with a focus on Employment Relations.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
CIPD Qualified or near qualified and member of CIPD.
NHS experience desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
