Description
We are a fast growing, well established and forward-thinking company, trading for over 25 years. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join us as Service-Coordinator.

You will be primarily responsible for handling and planning our day-to-day service-related activity, dealing with customers, suppliers and internal engineering staff.

To perform well in this role, you should display strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities, be able to communicate well, both written and verbally.

You should be able to multi-task and handle deadlines, demonstrating an excellent work ethic.

Key Duties

  • Log service calls accurately in CRM system
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, site managers and subcontractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times
  • Make daily outbound calls to ensure coordination with customers and engineers during installations and day to day activities
  • Monitor and track status of all installations and day to day servicerelated activities
  • Execute all elements of the installation and service process to provide extraordinary customer experience
  • Effective utilisation, efficiency, and productivity of the field engineers
  • Maintain regular communications/updates with the customers
  • Maintain accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments
  • Forward plan daily, weekly and monthly engineering activity to include new site installations
  • Summarise service and customer service activity on a daily / weekly basis

Skills:


  • Good IT literacy and ability to use most standard Microsoft packages
  • Well organised with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong record keeping and analytic skills
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Able to forward plan and execute
  • Good time management
  • Excellent communication engagement skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
