Modular Planning Activity Coordinator

We require a Modular Planning Activity Coordinator to join our Food team and assist us with developing and supporting the delivery of the activity plan, driving overall business performance and ensuring alignment to the commercial and business strategies.


The ins and outs:


As a Modular Planning Activity Coordinator, you will find yourself working in a high-energy environment, analysing data to support activity, whilst monitoring key milestones for the business, focusing on landing activity right first time for stores and our customers.


You will also:

  • Maintain Activity Plans, including tracking activity and summarising current activity and risks
  • Support developing future activity plan and align with business strategies
  • Day to day management of hours assigned to activity
  • Manage New Line Day commercial requests and the use of hours within the plan
  • Work closely with the Trading, Operations and Category Planning teams to ensure the Activity Plan is up to date
  • Autopsy, evaluate and make recommendations per quarter to drive improvements to the Activity Plan
  • Update and maintain plan including activity changes, hours needed, and scope
  • Support Retail operations team highlighting risks to activity
  • Lead adhoc Modular Planning projects related to activity to drive change for the function

  • Strong planning, prioritising and organisational skills
  • Work at a fast pace, under pressure to key deadlines
  • Adapt to change & work with new systems / processes
  • Presenting with clarity and ease to cross functional groups at all levels
