Description
We are seeking an administrative Assistance to support our daily administrative operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of handson administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.

Duties:


  • Assist Project managers and estimators with tasks.
  • Fill out bid documents and contract documents.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.

Salary:
£23,242.05-£29,063.69 per year
