Job Summary:
Duties:
- Responsible for the administration and management of contract files
- Provide live reporting through our in house systems on demand
- Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Review contracts to identify potential risks and discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Contracts Managers and Directors to ensure contract fulfillment
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development of new contract templates and processes
Requirements:
As this industry can be very fast paced and demanding at times our requirements are:
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills in being able to multitask and reprioritise at frequent intervals
- A high level of accuracy and has an eye for detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Issue resolution and problem solving ability
- Ability to handle pressure and good timemanagement
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
