Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Responsible for the administration and management of contract files
  • Provide live reporting through our in house systems on demand
  • Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Review contracts to identify potential risks and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Contracts Managers and Directors to ensure contract fulfillment
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
  • Assist in the development of new contract templates and processes

Requirements:
As this industry can be very fast paced and demanding at times our requirements are:

  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills in being able to multitask and reprioritise at frequent intervals
  • A high level of accuracy and has an eye for detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Issue resolution and problem solving ability
  • Ability to handle pressure and good timemanagement
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
