Role Overview:

The Premium Client Support Centre (PCSC) is a high-profile work centre with VIP clientele.

PCSC provides support for Citi trade floors in every region, as well as supporting senior-level bankers and the Markets Research division.

With an ever-growing demandfor white glove IT service, our team has been growing quickly. PCSC is comprised of a Tier 1 Phone Support group, and various other sub-teams with elevated administrative access.

The PCSC is able to maintain a world-class level of service by retaining themost talented individuals; we do this by promoting within the team.

The analysts that can combine an honest effort with a versatile skillset, and a flexible mindset are able to set themselves apart within this team.

In addition, Citi is streamlining its approachto IT, and in the process is upgrading the technology used for our businesses.

The analyst that is chosen for this role will be in position to stay on the cutting-edge of the technology landscape while being afforded a variety of opportunities for advancementwith Citi.


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting and analysis
  • Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing
  • Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts
  • Execute project plan task
  • Participate in control activities (risk, selfassessment, COB, audit, etc.) and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar/related experiences; recommend and implement solutions
  • Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner

Qualifications:


  • Some experience in a Technology Infrastructure role
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audience
  • Ability to work with virtual and inperson teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
