Permanent role - £36,000pa - Hybrid working (60% home working, 40% in office, flexible days) office based in London Docklands

Our client, a well known financial dispute resolution service, are seeking a Communications Advisor to join them in their Internal Communications and Engagement team.

Their Communications Team helps bridge the gap between the organisation and the outside world through building relationships and sharing insight internally.

In this role your focus will be on internal communications and engagement. You'll help to plan, produce and deliver communications and engagement activities for audiences across the organisation.

It's an exciting and varied role in a fast paced and collaborative environment, with lots of opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience.

We are seeking someone who can keep things on track through first class communication - both written and oral - and building strong relationships within and outside your own team.

You'll be someone with enthusiasm, proactivity and drive to support the delivery of high quality communications and engagement activities. You'll also be an excellent planner and able to effectively prioritise your varied workload.

Skills:

An exceptional writer, copywriter, editor and proofreader being clear, engaging and accurate
Able to lead on content creation producing high quality and engaging communications in a fastpaced environment
Able to work closely, proactively and flexibly with members of the Internal Communications and Engagement team to support a wide range of activities, including change and project communications
An excellent planner and be able to prioritise in a busy and changing environment caring about achieving results as a team while being flexible
Personally accountable for getting the detail right, while still seeing the bigger picture
