Description

We are seeking highly collaborative individuals with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills to lead our newly formed Faculty Hubs.

Reporting into the Deputy Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment, you will be part of the leadership team for the Student Recruitment and Marketing Service for the University and you will confidently lead and direct the relationship between the shared central service and faculty and academic departments.

You will specifically oversee the planning and delivery of Faculty/ Department student recruitment marketing activities and events in order to achieve our student recruitment targets.


This post offers the opportunity to lead a team made up of a mix of marketing, recruitment, access and events specialists.

You will shape their ways of working and systems of delivery and be their clear link through to influence decision making.

You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and have the ability to influence and challenge at all levels not only overseeing promotional activities, but also inputting to decision making around portfolio.


The role requires extensive marketing and recruitment expertise, as well as a passion for higher education and experience of leading positively through change.

The post holder will lead the Faculty Hub team and be part of the Leadership for a wider central team made up of marketing, recruitment and events professionals.

The team vision is to create the best possible prospective student experience at every touchpoint, in a collaborative and innovative way.
