Gelupo has been making the best gelato this side of the Alps for over a decade, sweetening life from its retail store in the heart of London's Soho and online. The second venture from Chef Jacob Kenedy, who is also behind
Bocca di Lupo, Gelupo is located just opposite the restaurant on Archer Street.

At Gelupo, we make all our gelati in-house, using the finest ingredients and real Italian recipes.

Our customers will always find house favourites such as Pistachio, Ricotta and Sour Cherry, and Fresh Mint Stracciatella joined by an ever-changing selection of seasonal and unexpected flavours as well as a carefully curated selection of retail.

The Role

As part of our Gelupo team, your role is to make sure that our customers have an amazing experience every time.

Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

We are seeking a personable and confident supervisor, extremely strong on customer service, a head for business, and a palette valuing quality.

**Responsibilities
We like to create an environment that allows our talent to shine, enabling our team to deliver amazing moments and feelings for every customer and Team Member

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the teams and ensuring consistent culture and values.
Supervising, training and retaining staff to ensure they deliver the highest levels of hospitality in a consistent manner.
Proactively looking to maintain the reputation of the brand; consistency of products and efficiency of costs.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the daytoday operations, guest feedback and financials of the business.
Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader, along with some relevant customer service experience.
Hospitality led, people first view to running a business, along with a willingness to take a handson approach to the role.
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Willingness to lead by example and get involved in the daytoday operations of the site where required.
