What you will be doing:

Providing support to the Warehouse Manager within the following areas:
Administration

Data:

Ensuring all collections and deliveries are correctly recorded on the company systems.

Preparation & Transport:

Pick & Pack:

Picking and packing event equipment and giveaways ready to for shipping.
Packing fine art ready for shipping.

Loading & driving of van:

Make sure all items are packed correctly prior to leaving premises.
Driving company vehicle up to 7.5t to client sites across the UK.

Collections & deliveries:

Collecting and delivering artwork to galleries, exhibitions and client's homes.
Collecting and delivering freight and event equipment around the UK.

Working Onsite

Art Installations:

Assisting the art installer to display clients artwork.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure work onsite for clients is carried out to the highest standards at all times,
Cleaning of graphics / structure / tables
Hoovering and all other finishing touches
Flexibility to support the Stand Builders with stand prebuilds, dismantles and deliveries (where required during peak season, or for sickness/holiday cover).
Any maintenance or other duties as specified by the Warehouse Manager.

What we require:

Clean driving licence
Driver CPC (or willing to work towards it).
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management
Excellent team working
Flexible approach to working hours
