    European Insurance Market Growth Leader

    We are seeking a highly self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our business growth and commercial operations in the European Insurance market. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive successful business growth and commercial operations.

    About the Role:

    • Lead Business Growth and Commercial Operations: Lead the business growth and commercial operations of our InsureMO (PaaS) business in the European market, including sales, presales, alliances, and platform operation.
    • Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute territory business plans and overall sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Establish Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain business-to-business relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and influencers.
    • Drive Customer Experience: Lead teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences that drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals.
    • Enable Digital Transformation: Enable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation.
    • Manage Teams: Provide direct management of functional managers, developing and effectively coaching high-potential talent.
    • Culture and Performance: Drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region.

    Qualifications:

    • Revenue Growth Track Record: Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue growth targets.
    • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Cloud PaaS or SaaS business, with senior management and/or director-level experience preferred.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Team Collaboration: Established track record of coordinating and collaborating across multiple functions to close revenue.
    • Employee Development: Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
    • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise teaching and coaching customer-facing teams, with experience in Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API, RPA, and InsurTech industries highly preferred.
