Member Support Coordinator
Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

About The Opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Member Support Coordinator in the pharmacy services team.
This role involves welcoming visitors, operating main switchboard, incoming/outgoing mail, maintenance of membership database and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve complex queries from members, suppliers and the general public from start to finish
Liaise with other areas of the business and external suppliers to resolve member queries in a timely manner
Continuous improvement to enhance the service to members
Operate the main switchboard, screen and direct telephone calls
Maintain an accurate membership database
Sort incoming and frank outgoing mail
Liaise with external carrier for the collection of parcels
Ensure that all stationery and associated material requirements are ordered /sourced as needed
Provide administrative support as directed by management
Maintain stock levels of product literature and communicate with relevant manager, ensure distributions are current
Key Experience
You will be able to demonstrate previous Customer Service Experience
Show excellent verbal and communication skills, standard of general education, 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language & Mathematics
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage day to day general admin /clerical tasks accurately following instructions
Competent user of all MS Office Applications, Excel, (Spreadsheets, databases) Word
Team working skills
Able to work to deadlines
Excellent telephone manner
Confident and able to develop effective working relationships
Able to work with limited supervision but seek advice when appropriate
