  • Develop optimal delivery strategy, fully leveraging our 'hybrid' model comprising internal resources (central 'hub' and market 'spokes') as well as external partners (for larger or more complex projects, both onshore and offshore)
  • Formulate standardised analytical 'products' that can meet priority needs across geographies, and own the creation of guides, assets and toolkits to deploy & embed these products across the business
  • Assist the Data & Analytical Services Director in raising awareness of the central analytics team and solutions offered, while also setting clear expectations about capacity and ways of working
Capability Development

  • Work closely with the Head of Data Strategy, Group IT and the Central Data Function to equip the team with the required data, tools and technology
  • Work closely with insight colleagues to explore how analytics can enhance data systems, research and reporting techniques
