Our client is a well established Telecomms business, with an impressive growth track record. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their successful and friendly helpdesk based in Huddersfield.Seeking a 2nd Helpdesk technician to support their varied business customer base.
The main purpose of the role would be as follows but not limited to:
- Managing tickets and taking calls passed from the 1st line team for a range of products including PSTN, ISDN, Hosted (VoIP), SIP trunk and Broadband services.
- Ensuring all tasks are dealt with in a timely manner and do not fall outside of SLA.
- Updating internal systems.
- Supporting other departments where applicable.
- Configuration of new Hosted PBX accounts.
- Configuration of hosted phones.
- Configuration of routers.
- Notifying customers of planned maintenance.
- Arranging engineers to attend customer sites.
