Our client is a well established Telecomms business, with an impressive growth track record. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their successful and friendly helpdesk based in Huddersfield.

Seeking a 2nd Helpdesk technician to support their varied business customer base.

The main purpose of the role would be as follows but not limited to:

  • Managing tickets and taking calls passed from the 1st line team for a range of products including PSTN, ISDN, Hosted (VoIP), SIP trunk and Broadband services.
  • Ensuring all tasks are dealt with in a timely manner and do not fall outside of SLA.
  • Updating internal systems.
  • Supporting other departments where applicable.
  • Configuration of new Hosted PBX accounts.
  • Configuration of hosted phones.
  • Configuration of routers.
  • Notifying customers of planned maintenance.
  • Arranging engineers to attend customer sites.
