Administration Officer

C1 (SCP £26,421- £28,770

Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round
Hours between 08:30-17:00, (to be discussed at interview)

At Leeds Mathematics School (LMaS), we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Administration Officer.

The role of Administration Officer is crucial to ensuring the integrity of the School's financial management systems, as well as providing high quality administrative support relating to personnel and training matters.


The ideal applicant will have:


  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience of working in a school and/or office environment
  • The ability to keep accurate records, work under pressure and in confidence.

LMaS is a unique specialist post-16 provision, focussing on the academic study of Mathematics and mathematical sciences, and forms part of the wider Maths School Network.
