The Job
Brand and Communications teams are the world's window into what it is to be Flo. How we come across to our users, business partners, the general publiceveryone, really

It's incredibly important. The team provides strategic insights and direction for our brand.

They develop brand positioning, set the tone of voice, oversee the messaging platforms, and present the vision of the company to Flo's target audiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Social Media Media Executive to join the Brand team.

You will report to the Global Social Media Manager and support us in building our brand presence on social media by promoting the values that truly matter to our loyal brand fans.


Your Experience

Must have:


  • 3 years of social media marketing experience,
  • Strong understanding of social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, with awareness of emerging platforms,
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:


  • A creative mind, thinking innovatively when it comes to creating, producing and scheduling content for female health and wellbeing spaces,
  • Team player, working with teams across the business,
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environments,
  • Proven track record of implementing conversationdriving social campaigns,
  • Understanding of social scheduling tools e.g Sprout Social.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:


  • Be the voice, eyes, and ears for Flo Health's online community.
  • Support the Global Social Media Manager with the daytoday management of social platforms, including briefing and producing content, primarily on TikTok and occasionally on Instagram and Twitter.
  • Utilise the latest social listening, monitoring, and publishing tools to enable seamless delivery of content across channels.
  • Monitor consumer and cultural trends to inform educational, reactive and disruptive content around female health and wellbeing, to ensure Flo Health remains relevant.
  • Analyse competitor activity and share insights with the Global Social Media Manager and Brand Marketing team.
  • Ensure consistent visual and ToV together with the Global Social Media Manager and Brand Designer.
  • Monitor, track, and select UGC from our brand fans across key social channels for approval and inclusion in the social plan.
  • Monitor conversations with our audience across relevant social channels.
