Do you have a passion for teaching Physical Education? Are you a secondary trained teacher or sports instructor with experience of working in education?

We are working with a 'GOOD' secondary school in Bury St Edmunds. The school has a positive atmosphere and a great success rate at GCSE's. They have fantastic facilities for teaching Physical Education. Your role would be to deliver PE lessons to studentsin Year 7-11, with access to the schools fantastic facilities.

The position would be for the summer term, starting after the Easter holidays and running until the end of the summer term.

Your Responsibilities:

To contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and classroom practice, in order to actively and substantively promote equality, diversity and inclusion
Planning, delivering and arranging marking of assessments
Contribute to departmental CPD
Implementing department systems and protocols, e.g. homework, assessments, feedback
Have experience of teaching PE
Have UK QTS status or equivalent
Have experience of working with KS3 and KS
Have a passion for PE
