Ravensbourne University London is an innovative, industry-focused university located at the heart of London's newest creative community on the Greenwich Peninsula.

We are champions of creativity and collaboration, dedicated to giving our learners the specialist skills and opportunities they need for outstanding careers in digital media, design and the broader creative sector including business management and computing.

Your Role:

We are pleased to announce a Learning Technologist position reporting to the Director of Learning and Teaching at Ravensbourne, at a pivot developmental time, as we transition to a new virtual learning environment (VLE).

This role forms a key component of our academic community and will work closely with other stakeholders to support the management and delivery of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) solutions across the university.

Working as part of a team, this role will take responsibility for supporting and providing expert guidance on the development and best use of the VLE and other TEL solutions.

The role holder will need to respond in a timely fashion to changing institutional priorities around TEL, and work with others to shape strategy and operational plans.

The role requires technical/pedagogical expertise and recommendations in relation to technologies supporting curriculum design, development, and delivery, informed by evidenced-based practice and leading-edge TEL developments in the higher education sector and beyond.

Working with colleagues across the university and collaboratively with partners and other stakeholders, the role holder will champion TEL, to support and develop members of staff and students to achieve excellence in use, for the benefit of learning and teaching.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional individual to be part of team leading and supporting key developments in TEL at Ravensbourne University London.

Desirable:
