Our prestigious client who is a Bolton based company is urgently seeking 2 x full time permanent Call Centre staff to start work
IMMEDIATELY.

You will be working for a company who specialise in, dealing with mis-sold investments and pensions & helping to claim back management charges for a service clients have never received

Our client is a growing company and they looking to move into new and exciting areas too.

This means you will not working on the same campaign long term and you will have a variety of products to sell.

MAIN DUTIES

Making and receiving calls from qualified leads.
No Cold calling involved
You will received upto 50 inbound calls per day.
Building a rapport with clients.
Advising clients on missold investments, pensions & management charges.
Explaining to clients about the claims process and procedure.
Talking to clients about the paperwork they receive and advising how to sign using the Sign away portal.
Effective case & time management.

PACKAGE & BENEFITS
- £23,000 Basic salary per annum.

Uncapped commission with the average being £500 per month

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service/ Sales experience
Ability to turn sales leads into business.
Experience in a FCA regulated environment (not essential).
If you have previously worked with a Banking Call Centre environment, this would be ideal.
Team player.
Telephone dialler experience is ideal.
