Job description:
We are looking for skilled Welders/fabricator to join our team. Due to the recent increase in
with heavy duty fabrications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To read engineering drawings for parts to be Fabricated/Welded
  • To fabricate, assemble and weld components to the correct quality levels and set
timescales

  • To perform Welding/Plating tasks
  • To ensure correct marking up of components parts
  • To build fabricated assemblies as instructed
  • To ensure full compliance with works documentation, health and safety procedures,
and requirements at all times

  • To maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness at all times
  • MIG welder with past coding experience (will undergo welder qualification/coding at
start of employment).

  • TIG welding experience advantage but not essential
  • Overhead crane experience/qualification advantageous.
  • Abrasive wheel experience/qualification advantageous.
  • Understanding of Welding Standards:
BS EN 1090-1, 3834-2, 15085
