Being a maintenance supervisor in our school means being part of something big.

You'll be doing your bit to make sure the school building is a great place to be for our young people.


Get out what you put in


You'll supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, together, you'll fix problems and keep school grounds neat and tidy.

You'll make sure the school meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections and keep up to date with any issues.

As Supervisor, you'll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.

The kind of person we're looking for will:

  • Have experience managing a site
  • Maintenance skills either professionally or as a DIY enthusiast
  • Support a team of maintenance workers and contractors
  • Have a 'can do' attitude a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others
  • Be willing to start the day early split shifts 7am3pm one week and 10am6pm the next (this then alternates).
