Aluminium Fabricator

Location:
Holland

Responsibilities:

Aluminium Fabrication: Fabricate and assemble aluminium components and products according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Cutting and Shaping: Use cutting tools, such as saws and routers, to cut and shape aluminium components accurately.
Welding and Joining: Utilize welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding, to join aluminium parts and structures.
Assembly: Assemble fabricated aluminium components into finished products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Finishing and Polishing: Finish and polish aluminium surfaces to achieve desired aesthetics and smoothness.
Measurement and Inspection: Measure and inspect fabricated components and products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Material Handling: Handle and store aluminium materials and products safely and efficiently.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fabrication activities, including materials used, time spent, and work completed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or similar role.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of aluminium properties, characteristics, and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with welding techniques, such as MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform fabrication tasks.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in aluminium fabrication is a plus.
