Description

_The Fun4YP Youth Worker is responsible for providing holistic pastoral support during the delivery of a variety of after school and holiday activities.

To ensure the successful delivery of these activities, ensuring they meet service user needs as well as funder outcomes. Promote the Fun 4 Young People service within the community and maintain relationships with schools and other agencies._

  • Age 21+_
  • Attend after school activities and provide pastoral care including follow up admin
  • Liaise with parents/carers/guardians around YP needs
  • Deal appropriately with enquiries from parents and/or Personnel
  • Organise and set up correct equipment for activities, in line with risk assessments
  • On occasion deliver school promotional assemblies/ school gates leaflet hand out
  • School visits for new YP 11s
- pastoral support plans

  • Transport YPs in F4YP van
  • Promote YP Code of Conduct and Service values
  • Support in maintaining a high level of positive behaviour

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£10.20-£10.50 per hour
