Description
1. To prepare, cook and serve snacks, light meals and beverages in the Café.- To assist in the preparation of cleaning kitchen equipment, food stations, tables and the washing of dishes and cutlery in line with Food Hygiene Standards.
- To handle cash and keep records as required.
- To open and close café in absence of other café staff.
- To have a direct interface with "Café" users (young people/local community)
- To work within context of Equal Opportunities practice taking positive steps to counter discrimination.
