Commercial Energy Assessor
A specialist M&E Consultancy are currently seeking an accredited Commercial Energy Assessor based either in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds (remote working).
Responsibilities:
- Attending commercial property to undertake EPC assessments, across chosen regions of the UK.
- Modelling EPC data and providing complete EPCs and Recommendation Reports.
- Liaison with clients to provide relevant EPC advice as required.
- Preparing Energy Improvement reports, based on initial EPC assessments.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and address client concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Perform site inspections and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 4 EPC accreditation essential.
- Design Builder software knowledge is advantageous.
- A solid history of EPC Audits through an Accreditation Body.
- Residential/Domestic EPC accreditation advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience within construction/building services preferable.
Remuneration:
- £35-42k
- Hybrid/Remote Working.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
