Senior Administrator (Telematics)

Vehicle and Logistics - Swindon - Hybrid

About the role


As
Senior Administrator (Telematics) you will be responsible for support and administration of the Connected Vehicle product, from vehicle purchase, through 'in-life until removal of the service at end of contract.


With a broad range of administration duties you will proactively have up to date product literature, validate and pay invoices, prepare and administer payroll records and reports and ensure system data is accurate to the SLA's in place.

About you


This is an extremely challenging and fast paced role dealing with vast volumes so we need someone who has excellent administration skills and is highly organised and ruthlessly efficient.

A people person who is permanently 'on top of things', dependableand completely comfortable taking complete ownership for the work assigned to you.

There is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and review processes within this role. Leasing knowledge or automotive industry experience would be the cherry on the top but not an essential.
