Audit & Accounts Senior - Milton Keynes


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Senior to join a leading Accountancy Practice, based in Milton Keynes This is a full time permanent role.

This award-winning accountancy practice can offer the best of both worlds.

With genuine progression on offer and the chance to be part of a growing department, mainly due to growth in clients, this would be the perfect opportunity for someone with ambitionsto join a management team within practice.


Duties:


  • Leading audits for a variety of clients
  • Planning of the audit file through to completion
  • Travelling to client's premises to conduct audits
  • Preparing accounts for Corporate clients
  • Supervising and delegating work to the junior members of the team
  • Liaising with other departments to effectively and efficiently complete jobs
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Preparation of corporation tax returns and computations
  • Client and HMRC correspondence

Requirements:


  • Qualified ACA/ACCA or close to qualifying
  • 2 + years' audit experience in an accountancy practice
  • Experience with audit software
  • Accounts preparation experience
  • Experience dealing directly with clients
  • Ability to lead and organise team members
