Aylesford

Mon-Thu 08:30 - 17:00

Fri: 08:30 - 14:30

As the Sales Administrator, you will assist in the processing of all sales orders whilst providing excellent customer service ensuring a perfect and efficient experience from start to finish.

This role will also assist the procurement department in purchasing and logistics.

Role and Responsibilities

Input and process sales orders into the system
Organize transport/shipping
Communicate with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries for customers
Obtain POD's/ETAs from couriers
The central point of contact for customers
Raise credits for poor service/transport issues where necessary
Deal with all customer and field staff queries
Communicate with accounts to ensure orders are not processed if the customer exceeds their credit limit
Liaise with warehouse and field staff
Invoice promptly and accurately daily
Procurement and purchasing of supplies liaising with Group Suppliers.
Reporting / Data manipulation to provide summary information
