We are currently looking for an IFA Administrator to join our clients, an independent wealth management firm in the Bury St Edmunds area.


The successful IFA Administrator will be offered:

To be considered for the IFA Administrator role you must have:

  • A minimum of at least one year as an IFA Administrator.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service.
  • Enjoys working as a member of a team.
  • Experience in CRM systems preferable e.g. Intelliflo.

As an IFA Administrator, your role will involve the following:

  • Prepare proposition documentation for client review meetings.
  • Liaise with providers and carry out research to support advisers.
  • New business processing, from submission to completion.
  • Completion of compliance documentation.
