Overview:
Working within our team offering technical support to a customer network of
AV Integrators and Custom Installers
Products categories include:
control system, lighting, audio/video switching and networking.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Technical Support:
- Take incoming support calls from customers
- Give technical advice and resolve issues
- Screen share with customers where necessary
- Ensure we give the best possible support service
Training:
- Deliver technical training courses
Admin/SAP:
- Service calls o Enter service calls on SAP o Keep SAP service records updated
- Facilitate advance replacement o Check stock o Gain authorisation o Send advance replacement unit o Liaise with Vendor for replacement o Ensure faulty unit is returned
- Keep returns records up to date
- Expenses o Ensure your company credit card receipts are submitted by the
Communication:
- Vendor o Liaise re RMAs o International shipping
- Use Vendor technical support when cannot resolve an issue internally o Dealer portal
Technical Marketing:
- Exhibitions o Attend and assist on stand
- Demonstration Facilities o Ensure latest products are installed in all demo facilities o Keep all demonstration facilities fully functional o Make recommendations of complimentary equipment for demonstration facilities
- Written o Assist with technical aspects of E-Shots o Assist with technical aspects of marketing blurb o Assist and monitor 'social marketing' efforts
- Ensure that you behave in a professional and respectful manner on all occasions
- Dress appropriately for your position (as per dress code)
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
