DD Cooling Ltd is looking to employ a Service Coordinator.

Location - Longridge, Preston

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Service Coordinator, to assist our busy service department with the day to day tasks including maintaining contracts, sending paperwork and scheduling maintenance visits and breakdowns with our engineers.

This is a demanding role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Refrigeration/Engineering or Service Department background would be advantageous.

• Strong IT, Administration and Planning Skills
• Excel, Word etc.
• Knowledge of Site Health & Safety Processes & Procedures
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• The Ability to Problem Solve and Find Solutions
• Able to Work Individually and as part of a team
• A Great Work Ethic, and a Passion for Customer Service

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am - 5pm

Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
