Hyde is looking to recruit an Service Charge Recovery Officer.

As a Service Charge Recovery Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Housing division of Resident Services to manage the prevention and recovery of service charge arrears from leaseholders.

Responsibilities

Liaising with Leaseholders to recover service charge debts on their accounts.
Processing Service Charge payments and refunding service charge credits/overpayments.
Making referrals to, and liaising with, solicitors if necessary, in cases of nonpayment.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in a similar role or a role involving chasing outstanding debts
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Leasehold and Service charges is desirable but not essential
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good IT skills
