About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeowner Legal Services Administrator to join our Homeowner Services Team based in Brock Street in London on a full-time permanent basis.

You'll provide a highly proactive and customer-focused range of legal services, responding to requests from our Tenants and homeowners.

Our working style is hybrid, blending 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.

You'll not only be an experienced legal services administrator, but you'll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.


You'll also be able to demonstrate:

Essential:


  • Customer service experience.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload effectively, set personal priorities, and work methodically using own initiative
  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets
  • Technically proficient in the use of databases
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience of planning and delivery of largescale mail outs
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours

Essential Qualifications:


  • Level 2 qualification in Maths & English (GCSE or equivalent)
