You will assist our business team in developing our fast-growing SaaS platform LinkedTrade. We are passionate about supporting our clients with our state-of-the-art technology and playing a significant role in their growth.You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including investment banks, developers, and clients.
You will work on structured products implementation, products document generation, market data and participate in the roadmap implementation and product testing.
In addition, you will ensure that our clients maximize the value they receive from LinkedTrade, handle new clients' onboarding, and communicate with our clients about the regular platform improvements.
Working in a dynamic and forward-thinking entrepreneurial Fintech will allow you to make a real difference to our business and the industry whilst gaining valuable experience across all asset classes and new technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with investment banks, clients and our developers during the implementation phases
- Manage database entry and client files
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Assist in setting up new client accounts
- Communicate new platform improvements through digital marketing channels
- Prepare, update, organize and store documents and information in digital form
Skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High work ethic and level of professionalism
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience as a team assistant
