Now for the role.


The role, this Business Partner position plays a vital part in a small team; where you'll work very closely with non-financial stakeholders at site and C-suite level, and support on all things finance that can help drive the business forward and grow.

Thisranges from analysis of monthly reporting, forecasting, operational efficiency analysis, investment appraisals and much more. Experience from an operational environment would certainly match this role exceptionally well.


You'll be working from the comfort of your own home for the most part, head into their Peterborough office once a week; and manage your diary of stakeholder meetings and visits accordingly - whether you go to sites once a week, month or quarter is down toyou and how you build that relationship.


What I'm looking for is someone who is a passionate business partner, someone who can manage stakeholders and operate well under pressure and has previous experience in a similar operational environment.

You'll ideally be qualified and have strong analyticaland communication skills.
