We now have an exciting opportunity for Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Team.


As a Accounts Assistant you will be required to
master the art of versatility and
inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.


The main duties expected within the role are:

  • Check and reconcile cash and credit cards daily
  • Bank reconciliation with credit cards
  • Post Amex payments for PRB and APT
  • Create weekly invoices Batches
  • Add invoices accurately in Sage for all properties food and nonfood
  • Add prepayments in Sage when required
  • Check statements of accounts for all properties
  • Check Aparthotel daily for Sales ledger and raise and send invoices accordingly.
  • To promptly respond to supplier/accounts payable queries and manage accordingly.
  • Raise monthly/ quarterly invoices in Sage for Lyndon House
  • Check, approve and manage commission invoices
  • Check and update Food flash for PRB
  • Add daily DIR's for all properties
  • Keep record of the PRB refunds
  • Support the sales ledger when required.
  • To proactively and reactively address activity that would jeopardise the hotels financial operating standards by reporting this to the Financial Controller.
  • Assist the Financial Controller with month end procedures
