Roles like this don't come around very often where there is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business who have strong growth plans over the comping years. You will based in Oxford and although you will have great views over rolling greenfields however with exceptional transport links from Oxford commuting isn't an issue. Having said that although you're probably want to be in the office everyday they do offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within some of the following, however it's not essential:

Optical or laser systems
Precision instrumentation or precision machinery
Imaging systems

As a Systems Engineer you will be working within the R&D part of the business helping to develop current and future products.

The role will be extremely varied and you will have a strong background within design, development, proof of concept and producingtechnical documentation.

You may have experience of working within a research or technical environment and be able to co-ordinate, lead and deliver projects within an Engineering Team or perhaps you are looking for a business who will support your growth anddevelopment to be able to do this.
