Description
Simpson Judge are working with a growing company with offices based in Liverpool City Centre.

They are looking for a financial controller who will be an active part of the management team and manage the financial and accounting functions.

Reporting to the board of directors


Duties:


  • Accounting;
  • Budgeting;
  • Management accounts;
  • Maintaining and developing financial and accounting policies and procedures;
  • External and internal audit and preparatory work and support;
  • Establishing internal controls and developing them;
  • Management reporting;
  • Financial software maintenance.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Experience in the bank industry is desired;
  • Proven Financial controller or similar position;
  • Knowledge of corporate financial law;
  • Qualified;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
