We're looking for aCommercial Assistant to join our commercial team in Norwich.

Responsibilities
As Commercial Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial and operational teams on our Anglian Water Alliance.
Your day to day will include:
- Assist operations team with invoicing and chase outstanding debt
- Process subcontract payments as well as sending enquiries and chasing responses
- Recording & monitoring of labour/ plant/ subcontract costs and updating registers
- Assist with updating month end reports to enable accurate reporting
- Preparation of contract cost reports for accounts and audit
What are we looking for?
This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you hold:
- Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail
- Experience within a similar role in a fastpaced office/ depot environment
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
- Excel
