We are actively recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients to be based in the East Kilbride area.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that they are run efficiently, profitably, and that all contract conditions are complied with.

Project details

  • Strip and reclad
  • 75% of projects will be refurbishment
  • 20% are flat roofing
  • Felt/Liquid and Single ply
  • Asbestos removal
  • This is a very 'hands on' role, so you must be a good allrounder who is able and willing to perform site surveys and measurements etc
  • You will be a strong manager who is experienced in recruiting, overseeing and managing subcontractors
  • You will have a background in metal cladding, composite, singleply and asbestos removal
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety and experienced in preparation of RAMS
  • CSCS and SMSTS
  • Excellent communicator
