Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor / FCILEX to join this boutique Commercial firm based in Lancashire.

You will be fronting a Legal 500 listed department and will be dealing with top quality work on behalf of blue chip clients andhousehold companies.

The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work.

The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work (with a small amount of quality claimantwork) advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals.

You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advisingand drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.

This firm have focus on providing client care and so they therefore deliver fantastic results for their clients as well as being able to find commercial solutions in the shortest possible timescale.

Salary for this role will exceed £60,000+ plus a fantastic benefits scheme in place with a and a tremendous work/life balance.
