We're currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our fantastic team.

This is a hybrid role supporting both the recruitment administration along with the general business administration.
This position can be either full-time or part-time.


We are a dynamic children's care home provider based across the midlands with our central head office team based in Great Barr.

We're offering our Recruitment Administrator:


  • Salary between £23,000 £27,000 per annum based on experience
  • Birthday Paid Day Off

As the Recruiter / Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the editing, organisation and storage of documents on the company cloud
  • Managing diaries, arrange meetings, room bookings and calls
  • Minute taking for a variety of meetings
  • Basic HR and Finance related Admin activities such as letter writing, minute taking, reconciliation, and receipt management
  • Support the Learning and Development department and Directors with adhoc administration tasks
  • Assisting with research, collation and presentation on a variety of topics
  • Assist in managing job postings for experienced roles on various platforms
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and produce regular reports
  • Complete all administration tasks related to our endtoend recruitment processes
  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, cando attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
